Nice, but as I'm about to say on AE (:P), Try and avoid brush tool when drawing like...items. I find it best for coloring which you used, it seems like. :p

It was really just for a goofy effect but I dunno.

Actually, the way the uniform was initially gong to be influnced the shading far to much. That would be the main problem.

What's concrete outline?
